[SEO-Members] Delivery issues

Hello,

We have received damaged items as well.
They were due to being too tightly rubber banded together. This happens quite frequently with our brand new Large Print items.
:( We have also received other library's materials this way.

A few DVDs have been sent to our library without any packaging...just the shipping label taped to the outside of the case.

We are also still receiving canvas bags with tight knots in the pull strings. These can be difficult to open at times, as during shipment they can be tossed about, tightening those knots even tighter. Slip knots are nice if you have to put a knot in the strings. I don't put any type of knots in them myself unless the clasp is damaged. The bags that come to us without any type of knot are still closed when we get them.
