Leap Into Science online interactive learning modules are now available to all library staff!



Developed by The Franklin Institute Science Museum in Philadelphia, PA, Leap into Science is a national program designed to build interest and skills in science and literacy for children ages 3-10 and their families, in community settings including libraries, museums, and out-of-school time programs. The North Carolina State Library has created online, interactive modules for the three Leap into Science content areas:

Wind<https://my.nicheacademy.com/slnc/course/58755>


The modules will equip you to provide engaging workshop-style library programs on these STEM topics. Please note that the workshops require a variety of specific materials/supplies. They are mostly easy to obtain and not expensive, but you may have to do some shopping in order to host Leap into Science programs.
