>From what I have seen it is dependent on the library. In Kentucky at the Pike County Library initially it was the cataloger, when she retired it fell to the program coordinator. Some libraries share it among the director and head librarian and sometimes it is programming. It really just depends on your staff's skill set, staffing, and need from what I have seen.

Do any Directors in a small library have a staff member who's only duty is that of Social Media Coordinator or are those duties included with Desk Clerk, Cataloger, Children's programmer, ect.  as well?
