[SEO-Members] Collection development for local history

Hi Doug,

I'm sorry to jump on this as a Reply All, but I would also like to know
what Special Collection development policies other libraries have.
Specifically, I'm looking for the policies of smaller libraries. We're in a
village with a relatively small population, so we get a lot of family
history/genealogy materials, and trying to house *everything* that's
donated to us is just not realistic.
We'd appreciate any insight offered!
