The St. Clairsville Public Library is currently seeking a full-time
Circulation Supervisor Trainee. This could be a good position for a
friendly, detailed person looking for an opportunity to grow into a
supervisory position. The person in this position will work closely with
others and progressively develop knowledge and skills within 12 months to
perform supervisory tasks and responsibilities. The Trainee position is a
short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level
supervisory role. Upon successful completion of the trainee role, the
Supervisor Trainee is eligible to be considered for promotion to an open
