[SEO-Members] received a mystery book in cargo: The Sky's the Limit (a Maryellen American Girl book)

Dear Libraries,

Below is an image of a replacement book that was opened in our cargo
delivery this afternoon. Please disregard this message if it was not you.

Here are my concerns:
1. Policy states that we are not to accept replacement items for
lost/damaged items.
2. No email or phone message can be found by me, my director, or our
cataloger, nor is it in the generic info account.
3. The barcode noted is missing a digit.
4. The sending library is not identified--no person's name, library name,
phone number, or email address. Because this was placed in a cargo bag with
other items, the person opening the bags could not remember the library
sending the item.

If someone at your library sent this "replacement" book to Tipp City Public
Library, please email me.
