[SEO-Members] Part Time/contingent- Maintenance, job description

Hello All,

I am hoping that maybe somebody out there has a job description for a
maintenance person?  If anyone employs someone in that capacity, is there
anything I should consider as far as pros and cons that I might not have
considered?  My board is deliberating between employing someone on an as
needed basis vs. hiring as needed companies and having to keep up on whether
they are bonded and insured.

Any help or advice you could give would be appreciated.
