[SEO-TECH] Problems adding new contacts to email accounts at @seolibraries.org

**SEO Email Account Action-Required**



This only pertains to SEO Email Account Holders @seolibraries.org



Some of you have sent us notice on the Address Book Quota Limit error when trying to add new contacts in your IONOS Webmail address book.



Ionos email service only allows 250K contacts in our @seolibraries.org domain.



SEO is recommending 3 procedures moving forward to alleviate this problem and we appreciate your cooperation.



  1.  Login to your IONOS webmail (mail.seolibraries.org) --> Click on Edit Settings (top-right) --> Mail --> Behavior --> UNCHECK the following behaviors:
     *   Automatically collect contacts in the folder “Collected addresses” while sending
     *   Automatically collect contacts in the folder “Collected addresses” while reading
     *   [cid:296008ba-2956-4c42-8b1f-6a6b69d10def]



  1.  Once these behaviors have been unchecked/disabled, please check your “My address books” and then “Collected addresses”.  If you see 100s or 1000s of contacts here, please REMOVE these from your contact list as this is a shared address book for all the seolibraries.org email service.

     *   We have a total of 250,000 available contacts that is shared across all account holders.
     *   Once this quota limit is reached, the following error is presented:

  1.  As a continued reminder; if you are a director or branch manager, please send us a list of any seolibraries.org email accounts that are no longer in use and we will deactivate and remove these accounts.
