[SEO-Updates] Symphony Upgrade Complete - HotKey Update

Good Morning all.

We've had a few reports of the HotKey program not working after the upgrade.  We have found that restarting WorkFlows and logging back in should resolve the HotKey issue.

We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation during this upgrade.

The upgrade has completed successfully.  If you've already upgrade over the weekend, you can now login to WorkFlows.

If you have not upgraded yet, please follow the upgrade procedure detailed in the following solution article:

Please Note: As a result of the upgrade, the Manage Hold Shelf wizard is showing active holds and unsorted. SEO staff will be updating these properties to the values prior to the upgrade.

Please let us know if you encounter any post-upgrade issue by creating a ticket or calling SEO.
