[SEO-Updates] Enterprise and SEO Libraries App - Digital Content (eRC) Authentication Error - UPDATE

Greetings SEO Members,

SirsiDynix has resolved the authentication error that has effected both Enterprise and the SEO Libraries App.  Please let us know if you encounter the "patron cannot be authenticated" message and we can troubleshoot individual sites.

Greetings SEO Members,

OverDrive recently released an updated API to change the workflow on how patrons checkout eRC (digital) material.  With these new widgets, the patrons will be presented with the format selection after successful checkout as shown below:

Some libraries are experiencing the message "unable to authenticate" when trying to download content on both the SEO Libraries app and Enterprise.  We are working with SirsiDynix now to get these issues resolved.
