[SEO-Updates] March 2022 Open Office Hours Recap

Hello all.

On March 30, the SEO Library Management Software team held Open Office Hours. During this time, the team discussed how to work with damaged materials.

There were two questions asked during open office hours:

  *   How can I reset my WorldShare Interlibrary Loan password?
     *   Please open a ticket on our support site at http://support.servingeveryohioan.org
     *   If you need additional training in WorldShare, please contact Paula Clark at pclark at library.ohio.gov<mailto:pclark at library.ohio.gov> or open a ticket.
  *   For items received in transit that have slight damage, is it still okay to give to the patron?
     *   Yes, but please add a note to the item at checkout, so the patron does not get blamed for the damage.
     *   Upon check-in, checkout to the DAMAGE user and return to the home library for mending or discard.
