[SEO-Updates] Update: WorkFlows Indexing, Hat Wrapper, Record Locked Errors

The Symphony Workflows indexing problem will continue into today.

Also due to the indexing, the BlueCloud Analytics extract did not occur last night, so data in BCA will be two days behind.

Greetings SEO Members,

We are currently experiencing an indexing problem in Symphony WorkFlows where certain titles cannot be accessed, checked out, and/or searched.  You may receive such errors as


  *   Hat wrapper error
  *   Heading keys need to be indexed first
  *   Bibliographic record is locked for text update
  *   Duplicate entries
  *   Inaccurate Item Group Editor results

SirsiDynix is aware of this indexing issue and is currently working on re-indexing these titles.  We will notify everyone via the listserv once the problem has been corrected.
