[SEO-Updates] SEO Important Announcement - SEO Libraries App and Click and Collect Technical Difficulties - UPDATE

Good afternoon,

In response to the difficulties experienced, Solus has identified that monthly reports were the cause of server resources being overburdened and valid requests being dropped. This issue has now been rectified and we anticipate that the SEO Libraries app and Click & Collect dashboard will be stable. To prevent this from occurring again, the Solus development team has implemented necessary changes.

Greetings SEO Members,

We have received reports that the SEO Libraries mobile app is not properly executing searches or displaying My Account information. Additionally, Click and Collect/Curbside is experiencing difficulty maintaining its connection to the ILS database. In order to address this issue, we have opened a case with SirsiDynix and will provide an update to the listserv as soon as we obtain more information.
