[SEO-Updates] Symphony WorkFlows Network Interruption

Good evening, everyone.



SirsiDynix is reporting a network interruption at their Atlanta facility which host SEO’s Symphony WorkFlows. Because of this interruption, libraries have lost connection to WorkFlows, the online catalog is presenting inaccurate results, and SIP services (Libby, Hoopla) are not working.



SirsiDynix engineers are currently investigating this issue. Once the issue has been resolved, we will send an update to this listserv.
