[OPLINLIST] Background Checks

We are doing research on background checks for Staff and Volunteers at
Public Libraries and have the following questions:

1.  Does your Library require background checks for Staff?
2.  Does your Library require background checks for Volunteers?
3.  If you require background checks, who processes them, are they sent to
Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the FBI or both?
4.  What fees are required for the background check and who pays them?
