[OPLINLIST] Self-service Reserve Shelves

Hi, Everyone,

I am compiling information about patron self-service reserve shelves and would like to hear from any libraries that have instituted this service. Why did you do it, what were your concerns and how did you deal with them, and how did your patrons react to it? What have been the advantages and the pitfalls? Other comments would be welcome and greatly appreciated.
