Dear SEO libraries;
 
The Findlay-Hancock County Public Library thanks you for your understanding, patience and support throughout the flood and the months of recovery.  We are very grateful to be open for business.  We still have a considerable way to go before it is business as usual.  We anticipate a six month construction project to reclaim the lower level so it can be used.  Our US Cargo transit area resided in the lower level prior to the flood.  It is currently a great big empty concrete box.  We are operating the transit of SEO material out of our tiny Arlington branch.  It requires several trips daily by library staff to transfer the materials received back to Main.    We appreciate your understanding that we would find it very difficult to accommodate the transfer of our materials until SEO/US Cargo can return to the Main Library.  I wish we could join the normal flow now that we are open.  We will join in the normal lending patterns as soon as possible.  I will keep you posted.  Sybil Galer, Director
