The following alert is from the Better Business Bureau in Lima.  This
group represented themselves to our staff as a "non-profit" education
organization.  Save yourselves and your local paper some grief, avoid
them.

An organization calling itself "The Estate Planning Associates, LLC,"
aka: "Estate Planning Associates" has been operating in Ohio.  The
Indiana based company claims to offer estate planning and other
financial services at no cost and under no obligation.

The organization, represented by a person calling claiming to be either
Dan Puchuta or Allen Daniels places an advertisement in a local paper
after reserving a meeting room, usually at the public library in the
community targeted.

While admission to the "seminar" is free, the attendees are subjected to
a sales pitch for the company's services.  

Newspapers who have accepted the ad are reporting that the bill is not
paid and addresses for the "company" are not valid and invoices sent to
any address given by Mr. Puchuta alias Daniels, are returned, "Addressee
unknown."

This company is not ethical because it does not pay its bills and any
dealings with it should be avoided.
