[OPLINTECH] Filtering Software

We are using Sentian (BESS) here in Adams County from Secure Computing.  I
downloaded the software version for ISA to the server in each of our four
buildings as a free 30-trial.  I added a few local settings and was up and
running.  The biggest problem was getting the managerment team to agree on
what categories should be filtered on our children's computers.  I used tech
support once when the nightly updates quit working; the help received was
excellent and done in one call.  It works fine for us.  I have had one
request to override the filter and that was for a site that was blocked by
accident.  I contacted the vendor and the site was removed from the blocked
list within one day.  I think we have been using this for over 2 years now.
