[OPLINTECH] Windows 2000 SP4 Rollup 1 - Re-released

Hello everyone,

Microsoft has re-released Rollup#1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.  Has
anyone installed this second release?  And, if you have, did it solve the
problems created by the original release?
