[OPLIN Support]

OPLIN is in the process of replacing the Cisco routers with Juniper 
brand routers, so you many receive a phone call or e-mail from OIT 
(Office of Information Technology/OPLIN engineers) about this.  You may 
also see a ticket from OPLIN Support letting you know that your 
scheduled delivery date is near.

Not everyone will be receiving a router right away, so if you hear 
nothing, that's ok, too.
