Scholastic has some tools for reading club.

They are Library-friendly. You can create an account as an educator, then choose "Not in list" when it asks you to find your school. Some flavors of "Technologist" show up on the 'title' list. Library shows up on the list of 'entities'. (Perhaps they mean School Library, but it's not spelled out that way.) 

It's worth checking out.
