[OPLINTECH] FWIW : Opening old Word Perfect files, without WordPerfect

WordPerfect import filters were removed from OpenOffice 3.4 for licensing reasons.
Probably from LibreOffice for the same reason

However, they may be opened with the older version: Open Office 3.3.0
A download link is:

WordPerfect file extensions may be: .wpd, .wp, .wp(and some number),  none, or  
a meaningful ?? one (to the author).

If needed, to determine a WP file (at least versions 5 thru 10), open it with 
Notepad, or a hex editor.
The first 4 characters will be:
            FF 57 50 43     (HEX)
   or          W  P  C    (ASCII)         (WPC = Word Perfect Corel)
