[OPLINTECH] HP Desktop Computer Problem

Hello,
I purchased hp model 705 G3 EliteDesk computers. I have been having issues with the mice not working on this specific model on start-up. I have uninstalled the drivers, and re-installed. It seems to be a band-aid fix. It works for about a week or so, then they act up again. The mice are fine, they are brand new. I have tested them. When you plug the USB cord into another port, it works fine also, but also an even smaller band-aid fix. Has anyone out there run into this issue? Is there a fix?
