[OPLINTECH] Windows 10 calculator issue

Hi Jim,

I have had this same problem before with the Windows Photo Viewer program.
I couldn't fix it so I installed an off brand image viewer as default. I
don't think it has anything to do with malware, but I suspect a Microsoft
update caused the issue so I hope a future update will fix it. You could
probably re-image the computer and load the profile fresh.
