[OPLINTECH] Technology for curbside pickup service

I built a "program" using Google Forms, Sheets, and Scripts. See it here,
just don't hit 'submit' on the last page: MercerLibrary.org/curbside
The form can be used to: Schedule a pickup, place a generic request or let
us know you are here.

On the backend, there are pivot tables (that automatically update) to show
1. Who is here waiting  2. What "general requests" need to be picked  3.
List of scheduled pickups by name or by time.

Staff are split into three stations: Call Center, Pickers & Pullers, and
Circ Desk. Each station helps keep co-workers separate from each other.  If
a patron does not schedule we submit the form in our "call center" station
and designate it wasn't scheduled ahead of time, this lets the circ desk
know that it still needs checked out. Scheduled pickups are checked out
approximately 45 minutes before the pickup time to minimize wait time and
keep us organized. Knowing when someone is coming also helps us prioritize
the generic requests based on time.

Notices (phone calls and text messages) have been changed to inform patrons
to contact the library to schedule a pickup.  We also added a large banner
that has the URL and sign at the labeled pickup spots.
