[OPLINTECH] Viewing Unemployment Correspondence problem

The only way I have found to make it work is by downloading the
attachment and then opening it with Adobe. I have pro on my machine so that
has worked. I did just try to open something on a patron computer and I
noticed that I had to right-click and choose open with Adobe Reader DC as
it defaulted to Microsoft Edge. It has been an ongoing issue that I have
not been able to get an answer from them about. Another hint, if the patron
wants to send a copy to someone, many times the recipient is not able to
open it. I have had patrons save the item as an image and then send it...
it is a hot mess and I hope they fix it soon.
