[Digihubsadmin] Copies of narrative reports?

[Stephen Hedges]

First rough draft is at http://oplin.org/files/ohdigihubs.html.

I thought I would use information from the LSTA narrative reports to fill in the "Factors" and "Actual Timeline" sections.

Suggestions so far? (Up to and including "trash the whole thing.")
