[SOA] Proposed Amendments to SOA Constitution

Dear SOA Members,

The attached amendments to the Society of Ohio Archivists (SOA)
constitution and bylaws have been proposed in writing by 5 members of 
SOA and were filed with the SOA President on February 16, 2006.  The 
membership will be asked to vote on these proposed amendments during 
the Annual Business Meeting.  Please review the proposed changes and 
be prepared to vote.
