I am pleased to announce that Marsha McDevitt-Stredney has joined the
State Library of Ohio as Marketing and Communications Manager.  Marsha
will be responsible for marketing and promoting the State Library of
Ohio's programs and services to state agencies and policy makers, Ohio
Libraries and residents.  Her primary focus will be on raising awareness
of the State Library of Ohio through our website, newsletters,
presentations, and building relationships with local and statewide media
outlets.

Marsha holds a Ph.D. in Technology in the Arts and Arts Education from
The Ohio State University.  She brings over 20 years experience working
in graphics, communications, education, and administration.  In her most
recent position Marsha successfully managed grants and programs and lead
marketing and communications outreach for the statewide non profit
organization Ohio Community Computing Center Network.   Marsha has also
held positions as a computer graphics animator and producer for local
and national network commercials and taught computer graphics at The
Ohio State University.
