Reference For The Rest of Us

Program Description:
When you normally don't cover the reference desk...but do so just enough
to need a good review. "Reference For The Rest of Us" is designed for
everyone who sometime, someplace, when they least suspect it...gets
asked a reference question. 

We'll review basic skills to help you find out exactly what is
wanted...and review basic print & electronic sources so you'll be able
to fill in with expertise. 

After we're through...you'll want to work the reference desk all the
time.
