[OPLINLIST] Partnering with a local non-profit - websites

Hello Oplinlist,

I am wondering if there is anyone who has hosted a website using your oplin provided T-1 for any local non-profits in your community, for example, the local historical society, etc.

If so, is there a formal agreement and would you be so kind as to share it?
What pitfalls or misunderstandings have been broached?
Would you have any advice for someone who is in the "talking stages" of a project like this?
