*Two new half-day cataloging workshops will be offered on Wednesday, 
October 31st at INCOLSA (Indianapolis).

If you would like to attend the 1/2 day workshop, Extreme Basics -- 
Cataloging Online Electronic Resources
Date:   Wednesday, October 31st (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.), INCOLSA (Indianapolis)
Cost:   $50 INCOLSA members, $80 non-members

Attendees for both workshops should bring a copy of the following:
AACR2R, and either MARC 21 Formats for Bibliographic Data (full or 
concise) or OCLC's Bibliographic Formats and Standards.

Extreme Basics -- Cataloging Online Electronic Resources
A refresher workshop for intermediate and experienced catalogers, both 
OCLC and non-OCLC users.  This session includes an emphasis on AACR2R 
Chapter 9 and MARC fixed and variable field elements that are specific 
to bibliographic records for websites, online PDF files, and other 
online electronic resources.

Extreme Basics -- Cataloging Sound Recordings
A refresher workshop for intermediate and experience catalogers, both 
OCLC and non-OCLC users.  This session includes an emphasis on AACR2 
Chapter 6 and MARC fixed and variable field elements that are specific 
to bibliographic records for music and spoken word sound recordings in 
the newer formats (compact disc, MP3, Playaway, and so on).
