[OPLINLIST] e-mail records retention

            I'm curious to know what libraries with neither their own e-mail
server nor a specific e-mail hosting contract (e.g. with NEO-RLS)  for their
staff e-mail, are dong about managing work e-mail for records retention.  If
your staff is using an assortment of webmail hosts, or all using OPLIN
provided mail accounts, how do handle keeping track of messages that need to
be retained and are supposed to be retrievable if subject to a records
request?
