Librarians who would like training on KnowItNow24x7 will have two opportunities in December:

When: December 5 - Two sessions available: 9:30--noon or 1pm--3:30pm
Where: Cleveland Public Library, 325 Superior Avenue E., Cleveland, OH 44114 in Room 38 located in the lower level corridor between Main Library and the Louis Stokes Wing.

This is an opportunity for anyone who staffs KnowItNow24x7 to get trained on the new Spark software being used by Ohio's statewide virtual reference service. If you staff the service everyday or only occasionally, you are encouraged to come to one of these classes if you have not had formal training yet or would like a "refresher".

Librarians are also encouraged to take a look at the training materials available online at http://provider.knowitnow.org/node/286 .

To register, email support at knowitnow.org with your name, library, email, and preferred session. Space is limited.
