[OPLINLIST] Gift/Memorials

Hi.
I was wondering how other Library's are maintaining their 
Gifts/Memorials lists. 
Do you keep a print copy available for the public to look at? and in 
what format?
Do you use a program and input the information and have that available 
through your website?
What information do you include?

We have had a recent plethora of Gifts/Memorials given to the Library 
and I was trying to figure out an easier way to streamline the process.
