[OPLINLIST] Meeting Room Fee

I know this has been discussed, but I need some quick answers, so forgive
this repeat question: Can/do public libraries charge for use of the meeting
room? Can we charge families (birthday parties, etc.)? Can we charge
non-profit organizations? Clubs? Does everyone have some sort of
kitchenette? If so, do you charge a cleaning or food-use deposit? Thank you
so much for your help.
