[OPLINLIST] WiFi 24/7

We don't turn ours off either, but I'm not certain if people can actually
access it from our parking lot. We have very heavy brick walls in our
building, so that often creates a barrier.  It wouldn't bother me if they
could access it, however.  Your point about another way of reachingout to
the community is well taken.
