[OPLINLIST] WiFi 24/7

Thanks to everyone that answered my query on leaving the library WiFi on
24/7 or not.  Here are the rough figures.
10 responses said left on 24/7, 6 responses (or 7 if you count UTPL) said at
this time the WiFi is turned off when library closes.  
Several of the yeses have more sophisticated systems than ours, requiring
card authentication or acceptable use policies before entering the WiFi-
