Hello, all-

According to Lynda Murray, who contacted Jon Iten (legal counsel for OLC)
regarding this issue, this fits into the statutory mission board of library
trustees. It is probably a good idea to have a Board Resolution supporting
the program.

Hope this is helpful!
Eric
