Please sign the online petition that calls for every school child to have access to an effective school library program.   25,000 signatures are needed by February 4.  Currently 16,325 school library-supporters have signed -- 8,675 to go!

Here's procedure that worked for me:
Visit http://wh.gov/Wgd to sign school library  petition.
Select "Create an Account" to fill-in your name, zipcode & E-mail 
Look for E-mail message w/ automatically-generated password 
Copy & paste E-mail verification link in your Web browser 
Return to petition page & select "Sign this Petition" button
