Lorrie Germann, State E-Rate Coordinator would like to remind everyone
of the following E-Rate Information and dates:

 

Good Afternoon E-Rate Community,

 

I just want to remind you the FY 2012 Form 471 application filing window
will close at 11:59 pm EDT on Tuesday, March 20, 2012.  Item 21
attachments must also be submitted by the close of the window.  

 

Please be aware that a number of applicants have experienced problems
with the electronic certification of their Form 471.  The issue seems to
be due to the PIN including a symbol sequence such as "&#".  If the
system will not accept your PIN, be prepared to provide a paper
certification.  We have reported the issue to USAC, but it may not be
resolved before the close of the window.

 

After you submit your Form 471, you will receive a yellow Receipt
Acknowledgement Letter (RAL).  If you discover you need to make a
correction on your application, many items can be corrected on the RAL.
