[OPLINLIST] Continuing Evergreen Enhancements

One of the many good things about open source:
          Anyone may add improvements which are freely available to all users.

For example:
Bibliomation (Connecticut's largest library consortium) recently funded 
development of 6 enhancements.

During recent years many other consortium's (including COOL) have added 
enhancements.
COOL's may have been small, but improves Evergreen for everyone.


The current stable release is version 2.3.0 as of 2012-09-19 and the next 
release is in the works.
COOL will soon upgrade from version 2.1.1
