[OPLINLIST] Ashlee Tominey promoted to library development consultant

The State Library of Ohio is pleased to announce that Ashlee (Clark)
Tominey has been promoted to the position of Library Development
Consultant <http://library.ohio.gov/Marketing/PR/2013/January#Tominey>
with an emphasis in special project coordination.  Ashlee's
responsibilities will include coordinating Ohio's participation in ILEAD
USA, supporting Library Leadership Ohio, and helping libraries with the
development of strategic plans.  She will also help Ohio libraries
promote, develop, and assess their workforce development projects and
form collaborative relationships with organizations and government
agencies supporting workforce development and the economically impacted.

 

Ashlee has been with the State Library of Ohio for the past nine years,
serving as Executive Secretary to the State Librarian for the last six.
She has also worked at the Ohioana Library Association and Ohio
University's Alden Library.  Ashlee has a Master of Library and
Information Science degree from Kent State University and was the
recipient of the Mary T. Kim Scholarship award.  She has a Bachelor of
Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Ohio University.

 

Ashlee was recently appointed to the Ohio Library Council's Library
Education Committee and is an active member of the 2012 class of Library
Leadership Ohio.
