[OPLINLIST] MORE users - Return of Items

Greetings. 

I need to address a problem that has escalated in the past year. 

PLEASE - pay attention to the items you are returning.  Too many mistakes are being made. 

My library is experiencing a rash of: 
Wrong items being returned with our paperwork; 
  items missing parts from sets; 
Items that are not ours are being returned or sent to us. 

Today I received the book "Gypsy Boy: my life in the secret world of the Romany Gypsies" with the paperwork for "Montana: a Wagon's West vol. 10" -  NOT EVEN CLOSE   
WHICH means - WHERE is my book? 
I have already lost items in this way this year - nobody seems to notice (or care) when these items go missing.  
I'm tired of wasting time calling libraries and asking if they still have our item, know where it went, etc. 

We've gotten Entire Bags of items for another library with our address label on it.  
It's easy to have items shipped to the right library - use the Delivery Code for each library (ours is 11300) NOT the Name of the library (spelling seems to be an issue here).  No t only is this a pain for the staff who unpack, but it also delays delivery of the items. 

I have no idea why the incidents are occuring more frequently, wether it's carelessness, or incomplete training, or what, but it needs addressed. 
These problems are an easy fix that will benefit everyone. 

We very rarely borrow through MORE, but we have stayed as a lending library.  That was my choice to continue to lend.  But if we keep losing items, or spending time trying to track down wayward items, I may be forced to rethink our participation.
