[OPLINLIST] Registration open for Outreach: Building Collaborations that Support Campus Diversity

The Academic Library Association of Ohio's Diversity Committee is pleased
to announce that registration for their Spring Diversity Workshop, Outreach:
Building Collaborations that Support Campus Diversity, is now open.

Speakers are coming from Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee.  Topics will cover
ways to use grants to fund outreach programs; programs that are offered to
the university community on diversity issues; community engagement and
building partnerships; tips for developing a ‘lunch and learn’ series;
planning outreach events on a low budget; and more.
It will be held at Ohio State University, Thompson Library, on Friday, May
13, 2016, from 9 am – 3:30 pm.  The registration fee is $45 for members;
$50 for non-members; the fee includes the cost of parking on campus.
