 Mike, you’re exactlyright. Libraries have better hours, plus resources for travel planning andthings to do for everyone while the paperwork and photos are being done. We arethe gold standard for convenience. 


 
My book, “40+ NewRevenue Sources for Libraries and Nonprofits” has this service in one of themini-chapters, with a very detailed case study showing start up costs, trainingand office logistics, and various other details you may find helpful. Their netrevenue for the first year of operations in 2014 was $36,574.00 on 1,956applications. Without start up costs they’re probably doing even better now.
