[OPLINLIST] Fwd: Recording Notary Transactions

Hello:
The log is important for the notary. Most of the notary supply companies
I've seen sell record books for this sort of thing.
The notorial record book I have has spots for the following info:
Date/Time, Document Date/Description, Witness Name/Address, Signer
Name/Address, Notary Fee, Signer ID, Location of Notarization.
