[OPLINLIST] Issues with LinkedIn Learning access

We have had a few libraries report issues with accessing LinkedIn Learning
this morning, though the issue does not seem to be universal.

We have a ticket open with LinkedIn, and if you are having issues, please
send me the details at christine at oplin.ohio.gov, and I will add that
information to our case.
