[OPLINLIST] difficult conversations/deescalation training

Good morning everyone, 



At my library we are looking at trying to accomplish an in-person staff training around difficult conversations with patrons and deescalation in general.  

My hope is to do this with the help of a consultant/presenter who already has a good program constructed that they could run.  



Have any of you worked with someone that you would recommend?
